Lincoln Park unit, it's got a suspicious, 1432 Fort Street, 1432 Fort Street. That's going to be Santa Diabla, Detroit. White male, blonde hair, gray tank top and shorts, harassing a few female customers in front of the business. The females apparently have been telling him to go away. He's refusing, unknown on weapons.
