Sec welfare at the grass tap, 7808 West Layton Avenue, called in by the owner. Two females in a black Chrysler 300, boy David Paul, 6'9", 6'7", appeared to be passed out inside the vehicle about a half hour ago. One of them came in for water for their road trip, and they appeared under the influence at that time.
