All units advised, they're going to be looking for a Black male, 5'11", beard, dark complexion, wearing a blue shirt, black jogging pants, red and black hat, carrying an automatic, red Bulls hat, red on the brim, black on the crown, red Bulls logo, gray shoes, wearing a bracelet on his wrist. All units be advised.

Police have determined that the individual with an umbrella is not the suspect.

He's got hair, but he's got a beard, gray-colored shirt, looks like gray or blue pants, carrying something in his left hand like a bag or something.
