13, 50 and 7. 12 and 13, it's a 10-37 at 128 North Center, crossroads South Center and East Olive. It's a subject digging through the dumpster and throwing trash on the ground. It's located in the Jack in the Box parking lot. Responsible's an A2 male in his 30s, dark hair, white baseball cap, bright blue t-shirt, currently inside the dumpster, no weapons seen. Responsible shouted RP after hearing him call.
