Four LAPD cars just sped down that way and sounds like a helicopter is on overwatch.
@shermanoaksuser1532523012 Thank you everyone for your humanity and compassion for the man in this video and I am happy to report he has already been released with no charges. However this is a weekly occurance for him now :( a terrible direction of governance, pls sound off to our leaders
dude, this guy ain't a threat. I work down the street. he don't bother no one. but, he is homeless & sometimes talks to himself. but that might be his clothes after all.
