Units, be en route to the Engineering Science and Technology Building, SLLD, 723 West Michigan Street. One of our allied officers reported there's an unhoused individual that has been there for four hours. As soon as you walk into the main entrance of the building, you will find him in a common area. He's lying on the benches, white male, no further description.
