Can you go ahead and start towards 116 Hills Plaza, 116 Hills Plaza, family pair at Patrick Street. There's two white males, green t-shirts, blue jeans, unknown weapons, standing underneath the awning. Advising they have pill bottles, are under the influence, and keep asking people for money. Says that they've been there since 8 a.m., but the caller and employees have not asked them to leave yet.
