96. You were responding to the area of 186 North Main Street, the open sky. Male party left the facility toward Gilbert's Market. It's going to be a Michael Wolverson. He threatened to burn the facility down, smashed a glass and threatened some of the staff. He took off on foot toward Gilbert's Market. He's wearing a green shirt, bandana, sandals, and black jeans.
