So far, I can see, I think it's occupied two times so far.10-4. What's the direction? 31st and MLK, no direction of which way they're going to turn. They're on the west side of 31st, facing eastbound. They're on the lane that goes straight or maybe goes northbound, but they're still at the light right now.

Well, it's known they committed a robbery, 2132 West Washington with a holdup alarm. I guess these are the offenders.
