Kitties are resourceful and resilient! I’m sure kitty was scared in that storm. They will come out more in the late evening/early morning and some at night. Put some blankets or your worn clothes out in an open side box for them to smell and come home. Or go out around those times to look for them.
That thing got rekt during the storm sorry :/ Maybe be more responsible next time :/
