18, we just received a call from the second floor. And Ms. Callegos is reporting a possible homeless Black female outside at the corner of the building near the railroad tracks, 3100 Main. She said the female is taking bottles out of the garbage can, throwing them at the vehicles in the street. So, when she observed her, she was in the street, but she's throwing bottles at the passing cars. Getting advice if we need to notify HPD, and only description is a Black female wearing a purple t-shirt.
