It's going to be at 2691 East 128. Check for a brown-complected young male with a white shirt on, top of his head, no actual shirt on. He does have facial hair. Caller states the male is walking down the street with a large screwdriver in his hand. Last seen walking towards Shaker. This is the third day in a row that the caller is seen walking at night with a screwdriver in his hand. CAD is going to be 1429. Copy. Thank you. 309.
