It'll be a loitering complaint at 1408 North Eisenhower Drive, Sheets and Beckley. Called in by Sheets security, the advisor said black male in a white t-shirt, claiming he needs EMS because he was having an asthma attack. But now the subject's outside playing fetch with the dog in the parking lot. The male has been asked to leave and then stated he needed EMS. The manager advised the male comes in to the property every night. They're requesting law enforcement to respond to remove him.
