Northeast units, be on the lookout. Last seen in the area, 425 South 25th, caller stating an orange Jeep, plate Nora 2121, was speeding and then pulled into Cedar Glen, possibly intoxicated, then left westbound from that area. Again, 425 South 25th, westbound on Jefferson, occupied by a female black.
