X-ray 812, I copy your message. 14 Tom at 614 East Roosevelt, at the Circle K. Two white males, one late 30s, 5'7", heavy-build, dark blue jacket, black pants, thin weapons, and a 40s, 5'9", thin-build, black jacket, white blue jacket, weapons. They shoplifted earlier today, refusing to leave. Both are currently loitering on the west side of the building. Also for contact at 20-52.
