Hey, we just moved out of that apartment he was on top of 2 days ago. 😭✌🏾 thank the lord we left.
@Sac692 the crazy part is the apartment at the bottom was still perfectly fine during the whole fire
The reason no fire department at first is because it was a police standoff that's why all taped off with cops there .
Did d he start the fire?
