I have a suspicious person in 23's track, 435 Willowdale Drive at the Willow's Apartments, near apartment 435. States that there was a male in swimming trunks at the bottom of the steps. States he's now pacing back and forth. Thinks he's possibly in talks. We got a similar call about a Black male with a similar description. 10-4, 76.
