421, I'll have you both respond, 725 Front Street, Chickpea Electric Department. Sounds like I have a worker on the line reporting a couple suspicious vehicles. Red SUV and a cargo van. Looks like the occupants of those vehicles are getting out and checking doors of the vehicles parked there. Described as a male and woman, bottom of the hill past the post office for the electric office. Once you go down, take a right, the suspect should be there.
