23, Car 26. 23, Car 26. There's a male that is under the overpass at 8 Avenue Northeast and Northeast Ravenna Boulevard. For the last few minutes, he's been yelling for assistance, doesn't have any visible injuries. He is holding a long stick with a piece of cloth at the end, but he isn't using it as a weapon or brandishing it. It's going to be a white male in his 50s in a wheelchair. Are you able to take this?
