to the corner of Mechanic and Randolph. The all party advising, she just witnessed four juveniles attempt to rob another juvenile. They all took off at this time, but the juveniles' items are all over the sidewalk. Give me descriptions of two black, heavy set males wearing hoodies and black ski masks. One short male, a tall Hispanic male, all took off in different directions. Received. Received.
