Go ahead.Received a report of a vehicle blocking the roadway. It's going to be on South Whitmer, near West Olive Street, facing north. RP advised it's going to be a red in color, possibly dark wine red Ford Fusion, 2015 to 2017 model. He advised it's been there all day. Advised this happens frequently and it's hard to get around them.10-4.
