Suspect is a male, Black, dark complexion, wearing a black tank top, pink, dark blue, and light blue shorts, armed with a knife, was last seen walking towards the convention center with an additional male unknown, wearing a blue t-shirt, blue shorts. Victim is a male, Black, light complexion, wearing a black and white jacket. Inside the coffee shop, he's also possibly armed with a knife. Additional incident, 3793.Any central unit, unknown trouble, 420 West Pico Boulevard. Maybe overheard male possibly in distress in the background.
