It's going to be at the Walmart on Wilder. 3921 East Wilder Road. 3921 East Wilder Road, cross of Henry and State Street. Caller said that there is a Jacob Kett car, about 32-years-old here. He is a repeat offender. The caller like him trespassed. He's going to be a white male, short, black beard, very thin, about 5'8", with red basketball shorts and gray tank top and black-gray hat. He is currently walking towards State Street right now. He does drive a little Hyundai Vespa.
