Getting a disturbance for East Larkin and Rebar. A noise disturbance coming from the park. And I also have a priority 1 on the green light disturbance at Prince Liquor, 9963 Gratiot. Heard a security guard there. They got a male defacing the property. He goes there every day, panhandling and bottling the cup.
