See the PR in unit 4, will direct the suspect in apartment 5. A male, Hispanic, no shirt, black pants. Previously threw a rock at the PR. It's Code 2, incident 3595 and RD 775. Harbor units, possible shooting just occurred, 1209 West 24th Street, 1209 West 24th Street. PR heard shots fired in the air and suspect vehicle, navy blue.
