All units, attempt to locate reckless driver, 3300 South, 2300 East. White Hyundai SUV, unable to maintain lane, last seen eastbound. The driver was going 20 miles per hour. Other vehicles were honking, and the male driver was laughing and vaping at passing people. Possible plate 179, Lima Charlie Alpha, does not return, but it's negative. Again, all units, attempt to locate 1835.
