Fire dispatch, 213 responding. 213, show you responding. 8061 Summerwood View, apartment 312. Patient is a 28-year-old male, conscious, breathing, who is not feeling well and is laying on a staircase and is unable to get up. The RP advised that the patient will not be cooperative with responders, so we have requested law. They are en route but not on scene yet. We're still trying to get further.
