Speedway Cars, this is just going to be information for now. Just had a 911 caller stating a hit-and-run occurred at 10th and Castle. After several attempts, he basically refused to stop following the vehicle and no longer answered my questions. He didn't answer on callback. He's Michigan east of Tibbs at this point. This is just going to be information for now. Control, 2030, 10-23. 2023.
