It's a juvenile complaint in progress. 913 Danforth Street, 913 Danforth, between 1st North and 2nd North, the downstairs unit. Matthew Kemp is calling, states the neighbor's child, an approximately 8-year-old male, attempted to pry open a window and damaged his ring camera. The child ran away upon noticing the caller calling 911. No weapons seen, no intoxication. The juvenile is currently in the backyard of the neighbor's house. 2019.
