Suspect, male, Hispanic, late 40s, early 50s, thin-build, possible yellow sleeveless shirt or yellow backpack, no further description. Suspect has bamboo sticks and rusted 6-inch serrated knife on the floor near him. No threats made. It's Code 2, incident 3490, RD 2002.
