5550 Clark Avenue, 5550 Clark. Brian Hernandez was in the area. Said there was a white male that was being assaulted by a white male juvenile wearing a red shirt, and that juvenile had a stick. The victim was wearing no shirt but had shorts and a bigger beard. Unknown if they were related, but this was going on next door to Clark Elementary. It's going to be on a priority 1.
