12. 101. 3 San Benito Street, 843 San Benito, cross of Hawkins. For subjects in front of the business, inside the bushes. A young, cursing at passerbys, smoking a cigarette. Described as a Hispanic male, 40s, 6'3", thin-build, black and silver hair with a goatee, wearing a flannel jacket. Negative weapons seen, possibly level 5 or HPD. The RP requests that he be moved along and doesn't feel safe leaving without him.
