16 Charlie copy, told Delta to back call for officer. 16 Charlie. In the area of 24th Avenue, 16th Street South, 24th Avenue, 16th Street. North County advised that they had a male caller, possibly a juvenile. They were stating that there's a wild dog in this area and then hung up. Now we're getting voicemail.
