Switch to person about 20 ago, 3845 Via Nona Maria at the Post Office of Carmel. The RP got second-hand info from her mom who was on scene advising there was a guy harassing subjects, and he followed the RP's mom to her vehicle. He also had a ring light, was filming people going in and out of the post office. Was last seen wearing a camo mask, dark short t-shirt, and camo shorts to his knees. He possibly had a bag with him.
