and blue shorts. Control, what was the suspect description and location? 423 Thomas, 51 and Shankline. Possibly in the back, though. Suspect is a Black male with dreads, no shirt, black and blue shorts, standing across the street from location. According to the people on scene, he ran westbound. Confirming a confirmed person shot. Clear, sector ran westbound for witness, confirmed person shot. Not awake, not breathing. Clear.
