The caller's advising that a white SUV has kids hanging out of the vehicle windows and is recklessly driving. It will be a Maryland Tac, a 3, Frank, Charles, 1528. It looks like it was driven by a black and dark-haired teen. Suspects heading towards Broken Land and Stevens Forest. Caller not following at 1908. Edward 10, look out for the building cancel.
