433, copy, an attempted burg just occurred, 608 North Lowell Ave, in the rear apartment off of School Street and St. Martins Ave. Juan Perez is your caller. He said approximately 8 minutes ago, a 30 to 40-year-old White female, 100 pounds, 4'11", dark hair. She was moving his A.C. window unit, trying to get in, and then when he checked, they took off on foot towards the Brooklyn Pickle. He's possibly trying to enter the residence through the window. No weapons, unknown intacts. 18-32. 433, copy. He's showing 32 armed in chairs. 10-6, go ahead.
