Fox 126, copy on a welfare urgent. I'll send you next back. Fox 126, copy. 4000 West, 4700 South. Complainants are passerby. Lazing on the north side of the road just past the overpass at Banker. There appeared to be a black male dragging a female by her wrist. Both parties were black, appeared to be in their mid-30s, and dressed in bright colored long-sleeved clothing. Advising that the female looked distressed and had a mauve head wrap, appeared to be walking westbound.
