Portage 24. Portage 24. 24, I took a welfare call, 2915 New Pinery Road, Walmart. There was a male reported to be by the receiving parking lot under a tree, laying in the grass on the south side of Walmart. He was wearing tennis shoes, khaki shorts, black shirt, African American male laying on the ground, unknown if he's sleeping or not. RP did not want to go up to him. 10-4, I'll be 76. 10-4.
