10-4, it's going to be a priority check the welfare at Eastway Drive in the Plaza. Medic is 17. Check for a male subject in the road that looks like he's in distress. It's going to be a slender black male, early 30s. Head was down to the ground. Seems like he was crouching on the ground. Had a backpack with him. 10-25, copy the priority? 10-4.
