All cars, the only local in the area of Pisgah Church Road, Lawndale Drive, for a 1099 vehicle, it's going to be a 2015 black Kia Soul. Caller reported same at the end of July, doesn't know her tag number, says the tag is missing and had the same damage as her vehicle. It's going to be occupied by an older female who was last seen going toward a nursing home in Lawndale. Any unit coming in contact, stop one above authority of communications, clear, 1622.
