214, 216, 14 and 16, respond for a juvenile problem at 5 Below, 1110 West Sunset. 1110 West Sunset, cross streets of Chapman and Oakdale. Two juveniles in e-bikes running around the parking lot, driving in and out of traffic. Almost ran into a vehicle. Caller states they also gestured inappropriately and pushed her grandson. She's currently standing behind a white Dodge Charger in front of the Spirit Halloween. They are currently circling her car and taking pictures. 10-40.
