17 at 2726 Carl T. Jones at Hobby Lobby. Made contact with Tyler Parson, in reference to girlfriend's father harassing him. Caller will be 10-23 outside of Hobby Lobby in a black shirt, blue jeans, and a black cap. Defender is not 10-97.
