Radio to 10. Go for 10. Start for a 23B called in at 1550 Polaris Parkway in the parking lot. Caller advised there are three 29s on board a vehicle in the handicapped parking spot that's been there for at least a half an hour. Looks like they're no more, no older than 8 years old. Red Toyota Camry, King v. Charles, 1574. I copy.
