Caller reporting her Audi Q4 was struck, other car fled, a Nissan color black, unknown direction. It's going to be a Nissan Altima, a jersey red Bravo 5 with the uniform Juliet 9. Caller will meet officers in Rwanda, about 10 minutes to the past.
