5, respond to an assault not in progress, 2233 McCann Avenue. Complainant advised that there was a dispute between an employee and a supervisor. An employee assaulted their supervisor today. I have a description of a Rashard Allen, 33-year-old Black male, and the supervisor's name is Leonard Hockaday, 44-year-old Black male, medium build. He's going to be wearing a blue t-shirt and a dark blue burp pants. They work for the city of Norfolk. I copy. Just speaking, June.
