17 Adam 55, we'll be 10-8. The Capitol City Market, 600 East Michigan Avenue, for a 50-year-old White male wearing dark gray shirt, dark gray pants, and a red hat. On Michigan near the bus stop, is eating lunch and refusing to move. He's been asked to leave three times.
