Emergency units en route to assist EMS and fire medics at 422 B Street. 422 B Street, off Grove Street. Receiving a call in reference to a 26-year-old female, conscious and breathing at this time, who was bit on the wrist by a dog. Do have a call pending for animal control. Fire department just arrived on scene and is requesting PD in reference to a psych subject that lives at this location. Unable to confirm anything further.
