1 William 16. 1 William 16. Subway at 16006 International Boulevard, employee reap. He's requesting contact for a subject. He's being verbal with employees. He's high, no weapons seen. There is a bit of a language barrier. Asked officers to come fast, but wouldn't confirm if there was something more going on than just a verbal disturbance. All we have is a white male.
