Rickfield units for a call out of Tosa in the area of 124 and North. 124 and North, about an 8-minute time delay. The Hispanic male, about 70 years of age, with gray hair, was walking in traffic. He seemed confused and not paying attention. We did transfer the caller over to Tosa, just in case he's still on Rickfield's side.
